We are excited to announce that Dr. Juncong (John) Yan has joined the Applied Molecular Solutions team as our new Research Associate.
John joins us from the PHEL (Plant Health and Environment Laboratory) at the Ministry for Primary Industries where he worked for six years as a senior scientist in biosecurity. John has a PhD in Animal Science. His expertise are in molecular biology and bioinformatics with a focus on molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics for species identification. This includes areas such as entomology, bacteriology, mycology, and virology.
