Study with us

Molecular biology has rapidly developed to revolutionise biology. Genomic data now available to us can unlock opportunities for investigating problems that we have wrestled with for decades. We can create rapid diagnostic tests for diseases that affect humans, crops or livestock; inventory communities of organisms; and we can describe the physiology of an animal or understand how genes function in a given ecological situation.

Come and study with us in the Unitec Bachelor of Applied Science or Master of Applied Science within the School of Environmental and Animal Sciences in Auckland to learn more about this exciting field, and potentially conduct your own research project in the Applied Molecular Solutions lab using some of these technologies.
