Aim: 
This course will enable students to explore the historical development, function, and formation of social policy in Aotearoa New Zealand and to examine legal frameworks and legal issues relevant to social practice with particular reference to Treaty of Waitangi relationships.

Pre-requisites: CSTU5910.
