Don’t know your blood type? NZ Blood can help out! Come check your blood type at the ‘What’s my type?’ drop in sessions and while you’re there, see if you’re eligible to give blood.

What’s My Type - drop in sessions;
Finding out what a persons blood type is, and this will involve a finger prick and a bit of blood. It’s a basic pre donation unconfirmed test that can tell us which blood group they fall into.
A+ | A- | B+ | B- | O- | O+ | AB- | AB+
Where: Te Puna, by the East Entrance next to Ask Me desk (Unitec, Mt Albert campus)
When: Monday 24 April, 12pm - 2pm
Wednesday 26 April, 12pm - 2pm

The need for blood is constant, and because there’s no substitute for blood, New Zealand relies on the generosity of everyday heroes like you to make sure there’s enough available for those who need it.
