Aim: 
Students will gain the knowledge, skills and competencies to identify cultural, social group, and community features which may influence the outcomes of projects. Students will also develop an understanding of human behaviour and psychology. They will be able to apply this knowledge and use heuristics and other mechanisms for behaviour change to achieve management goals.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Master of Applied Science programme or the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science programme or the Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Science programme to enrol in this course.
