Aim: 
To develop critical knowledge, skills and understanding of structural principles, evaluate the properties of materials and finishes; and their application to construction projects.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the NZ Diploma in Construction or the NZ Diploma in Architectural Technology or the NZ Certificate in Study & Career Preparation (L4) to enrol in this course.
