Aim:
To prepare students to make the transition to the role of beginning practitioner, stimulate critical thinking about nursing knowledge, practice and research in order to develop a culture of evidence based nursing practice, and to further develop the skills of enquiry, reflective practice and critical thinking and to enable students to demonstrate the competencies of the registered nurse scope of practice.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites:
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Nursing to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: HEAL7111 & HEAL7112 & HEAL7113. Restrictions: HEAL7011 & HEAL7012 & HEAL7013.
