Aim: 
To enable students to analyse urban development using economic theory as a framework and to use such analysis to evaluate property development markets.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction programme or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites for BCons: CONS5812 or CONS5802.
