Your orientation is a good way to connect with your classmates and lecturers. It's designed to make you more familiar with where you will be studying, who you will be studying with, and what to expect from your course.
Your orientation will also introduce you to some of the study and support services available at Unitec.
Part of your orientation includes a tour of campus and a pōwhiri (official welcome) at our beautiful Te Noho Kotahitanga Marae. To help you understand the protocols of our pōwhiri, and enjoy this very special experience, watch our step-by-step guide.
