To enable students to participate effectively in the investigation of an operations-related programme for improvement and change.

Students must be admitted to BBus, GDip Bus, BCreative Enterprise, GDip Creative Enterprise or BApplied Tech to enrol in this course. Pre-reqs: BBus: BSNS6350 & BSNS6352. GDB: Relevant Academic Authority Approval.
