Aim: 
This course develops students’ knowledge of the technologies, construction, and manufacturing techniques and processes used in the development of residential buildings.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Interior Design (Residential) programme to enrol in this course.
