Letter of Eligibility to Graduate
A Letter of Eligibility to Graduate can be issued to Unitec students who have not yet formally graduated but are eligible to graduate.
Reasons you may need this letter:
- Immigration visa needs
- Employers or other Tertiary Education Providers or anyone else, in the interim period between programme completion and graduation
- None-graduation programmes until the issue of your certificate
Processing time
Once we have received confirmation that you are eligible to graduate, we will process your request within the following 15 working days. We will then email the letter to you.

Letter of Completion
A Letter of Completion confirms that you completed your courses or programmes. It can only be provided when your results are finalised and released.
This is usually for students who have already received their graduation certificate.
You may require this letter for prospective employers.
Processing time
We will process your request within 15 working days. We will email the letter to you.

Other Letters of Confirmation
If you require a different type of Letter of Confirmation, for example, Grade Point Average (GPA) letter or letters for other international banking requirements, please request it using the form below.
