Once you have read through the Clubs and Sports Handbook you are ready to register your club. The information you put here will be included on our website.
Registrations close Sunday 24 March and will re-open on Monday 15 July, 2024.
Become an Approved Unitec Club
Unitec Approved Clubs have access to numerous benefits such as free venue hire, event support, club promotion, and more.
To become an Approved Unitec Club, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Recruit at least 10 members
Step 2: Elect Executive Leaders
Step 3: Create a Club Constitution
Step 4: Create a Terms of Reference * School/ Programme Related and Student Associations are required to submit a Terms of Reference. See the Unitec Clubs and Sports Handbook for more information
Step 5: Letter of endorsement * School/ Programme Related and Student Associations are required to submit a Letter of Endorsement. See the Unitec Clubs and Sports Handbook for more information
Step 6: Submit the relevant documents and enjoy the extra benefits of becoming an Approved Unitec Club
