Aim: 
The aim of this course is for akonga to gain the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attributes required to undertake real estate licensee duties that are aligned with professional conduct and legislative requirements.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) programme to enrol in this course.
