Profile

Rae is the Head of the School of Foundation Studies. She is also responsible for lecturing on the Tertiary Studies (Nursing) course and the School's research into retention and attrition for at-risk first year students. Rae's other research interests include critical pedagogy. Rae is the secretary of the New Zealand Association of Bridging Educators.
