Our tutors will work closely with you and your employer to help you succeed. Then when you graduate, we’ll support you with career advice and guidance.
This programme qualifies for the government’s fees-free scheme – which means there are no fees to pay until 2023.
Not ready to do an apprenticeship?
You could take our pre-trade carpentry course (New Zealand Certificate in Construction Trade Skills - Carpentry) to help you prepare for an apprenticeship and increase your chances of getting a job.
Employers prefer to hire those who already have a qualification. A pre-trade qualification shows potential employers you’re keen and ready to build a successful career within that industry.
The course is currently fees-free, plus you can cross-credit this qualification towards your apprenticeship.
