Property developers purchase, develop and sell new and existing properties. Study property development and you’ll find out how to value a property and learn how to manage it effectively.
Our property development courses also give you a thorough understanding of the construction industry as a whole. You’ll learn how to manage all of the different people involved in construction projects. And you’ll get a good understanding of contract law, design practice and the tender process. All of which will help you identify good investment opportunities when you graduate.
Study property management at Unitec and you’ll learn from expert staff who’ve worked in the construction industry. Our priority is teaching you best practice, so that what you learn in the classroom is a reflection of the workplace. Give it a practice run with a major industry research project as part of your programme.
