Aim: 
To provide the students with an understanding of general electrical and power circuit theory principles and skills required for subsequent courses.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Engineering programme or the New Zealand Certificate in Study & Career Preparation (L4) programme to enrol in this course.
